After building Jack's Electric into a well-respected company over 16 years, Jack was pleased to welcome his son aboard. Later, he was able to bring on his daughter to the office staff. After twenty-four years Jack's Electric has four highly qualified crews and an office staff of three.

About Jack Brittain
John H. Brittain, Jr. -- or Jack as he prefers to be called -- has had an interest in electricity since he was a child. After completing his education and four years as a serviceman the Naval Air Repair Facility, he worked as an electrician for a local contractor and for the General Dynamics Electric Boat Division at Quonset Point. After he acquired his license and worked for a number of years gaining expertise with various kinds of wiring, he decided to open his own business, Jack's Electric, Incorporated.
Jack has lived in Jamestown, RI with his family since 1974 and is an active member of his community. He is a valued member of the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce, participating in supporting local businesses and sponsoring local holiday activities. Jack also volunteers his time for many local charitable events, serves as a Jamestown Firefighter, and supports community projects as a sponsor of local youth sports programs.
